• An external covering made of a high-density polyurethane sandwich; an external and internal bark of stainless steel AISI 304.
• A ventilation system made by winnowing fans powered by a radial centrifugal flow, with stainless steel air conveyor.
• An injection cryogenic system: with termostatic control system, trough a pin probe, and the flux regulated by electric timer.
• An electrical panel of control for the programmed and automatic working of freezing cycle.

The access is possible trough an isothermal door, a sort of a door of pivots, of width mm 800x1050(h), provided with a 24 Volt electrical resistance on the door-post with anti-freezing system, and a mikroswitch to stop the freezing cycle during the opening.

The working of the machine is extremely easy: once the freezing cycle is programmed, it is enough to introduce the trolley with the product inside the cabinet and push the START button.

A warning light and a sound signal will warn when the product will be freezed, also being reliable when the temperature has been achieved in the very middle of the product, without waste of cryogenic gas.
